General Information
- You're only buying a digital file, shipping or printing is not included.
- Be sure to save your file when the commission is finished I might not be able to have the original file after a while.
- I will not draw anything I don't feel comfortable with or don't want to draw.
This has nothing to do with you personally or the character.
- I only draw human-like female characters (ears, tails, wings, etc are OK)
- A deadline must be made (I will not accept a commission that takes an infinite time to make ).

Copyright and Using the Art
- I hold the rights to the drawing, which means I can post it on my social media or promote my art with it. I will give you credit for being the owner of the character if you want to. (Except for buying ownership rights of copyright)
- (For Personal commission only) You're not allowed to use it for anything commercial, which means you will make money off it. You can only use it personally, so as an icon, the background of your phone, and similar stuff like that.
- Claiming as your own or editing the drawing* in any shape or form is not permitted. ("Not allowed editing the drawing in any shape or form" is for Personal commission only)
- You need to credit my name when you post my artwork on any media platform. (If you are buying ownership rights of the copyright, you can choose to credit my name or not.)

Work Progress
I will check the commission detail, and schedule so that I can decide whether to take the commission or not.
After I accept the commission, the client needs to create a "commission agreement" including commission detail and important notes.
Your commission will be finished between approx 2 weeks to 2 months. This depends on complexity and size. Commissions that are less complex may take less and bigger drawings might take more.
work procedure:
- 1.character design sketch (for CHARACTER DESIGN commission)
- 2.character composition
- 3.character sketch (and background composition, if background needed)
- 4.background sketch (if background needed)
- 5.coloring
- 6.refined (color adjustment, lighting, and other adjustments)
Some of the painting processes may have multiple ideas let you choose (like facial expression, composition, and character design ideas).
You can only choose one to continue the next work procedure.
I will always communicate with you how long your commission will take. If you have a certain date it has to be done by please let me know. This might means you need to pay rush fees depending on the deadline and size of the commission.
And I will usually reply to your message within 2 days, if I am busy that will be 3 days. After 3 days if you still don't receive my reply message please contact me again.

Payment and Other Notes
When we both agree on the commission agreement, a reservation fee* will be asked.
Before the "Refined" procedure, remaining payment (depending on the final price*) will be asked.
- Payment is in USD and I only accept Paypal for payment method.
If you don't have a Paypal account, I will send you a Paypal invoice that accepts a credit or debit card payment without a Paypal account.
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from your parents/guardians.
- In case of sickness, I will notify you of how long it will take for me to finish. If I'm not able to do your commission in 4 months you will get a refund.
- You can't cancel your commission after reservation fee has been made, however, if you don't hear from me for over 2 months you can ask for a refund. (I don't ever expect this to happen, I take my commissions very serious but this is just in case!)

About retake notes
After the "composition" procedure you can't change the composition.
After the "sketch" procedure only small mistakes can be fixed.
Retake times limit:
1.character design sketch - 4 times
2.character composition - 5 times
3.character sketch - 2 times
4.background sketch - 2 times
5.coloring - 2 times
6.refined - 2 times
When you retake times higher than the limit, then extra fees will apply.
1 times = final price's 10% to 25% (depend on the retake's complexity)
All extra retake fees only depend on the final price.
Some of the painting processes may have multiple ideas let you choose (like facial expression, composition, and character design ideas).
At that condition, usually you can only request one choice to retake (you can request to mix different ideas into one).
If you want to choose two or higher ideas to request a separate retake, please be in mind one choice will be counted as one retake time.

Estimate price* - the price base on "reference price quote", but not the final price.
The Final Price may be very different depending on extra detail, extra retake times fee, etc.
Reservation fee* - is half of the estimate price.
Final price* - The Final price may be higer or lower than the estimate price.
only after "coloring" procedure, the final price will be reviewed, due to the extra detail, extra retake times fee, etc.
The extra fee will be counted after "coloring" procedure like retake, etc.
If the "refined" procedure has extra fees then the extra fee will be asked after the "refined" procedure.

一般情報
- すべての商品はデジタル商品になります。配送または印刷は含まれていません。
- 完成したあとの作品、依頼者は必ず保存にしてください。元のファイルが削除される場合があります。
- 私の独断により依頼を拒否する場合があります。
- 人間型のキャラまたは背景の依頼しか受け付けません。(軽度なケモナ可)
- 納品日を決める必要があります（納品日なしの依頼は受け付けません）。

著作権と使用権
- 私は自分の作品の著作権を持っています。自分の作品をサイトに投稿することができます。必要であれば、依頼者がこの作品の所有者であることを投稿先の説明文に載せます。 （著作権の購入者を除く）
- （個人用のみ）商用目的での使用は許可されていません。
- 自分が制作した作品であると主張したり、いかなる形や形式で作品*を編集したりすることは許可されていません。 （「いかなる形や形式で作品を編集したりすることは許可されていません」は、個人用委託のみに適用されます）
- 私の作品をサイトでの投稿または他のメディアでの転用の時、必ず私の名前をクレジットに乗せる必要があります。 （著作権の購入者だけ、私の名前をクレジットに乗せるかどうかを選択できます。）

作業進捗
最初私は依頼の詳細またはスケジュールを確認し、依頼を受け付けるのかどうかを判断します。
依頼を受け付けた後、クライアントは依頼に関しての詳細と注意事項を含むの「依頼書」を作成する必要があります。
「依頼書」に問題ないでしたら、作品の制作を開始いたします。
依頼の納品日は通常約2週間から2ヶ月以内です。
作業手順：
- 1 キャラクターデザイン下描き（キャラクターデザイン用）
- 2 キャラクター構図
- 3 キャラクター下描き（背景が必要な場合は背景構図も含みます）
- 4 背景下描き（背景が必要な場合）
- 5 塗り
- 6 仕上げ（色調整、光、およびその他の調整）
作業中、私から複数のアイデアを提出（顔の表情、構図、キャラクターデザインなど）する事があります。
次の作業に移るには、1つだけを選ぶ必要があります。
依頼にどれぐらいの時間掛かるは必ず依頼主に報告します。もし予定の時間内で依頼品がほしい場合、必ず私にお知らせてください。答えに応じれるでも場合によって追加料金が発生する場合がございます。
返信に関して、通常2日以内に返信します、忙しい場合は3日以内になります。 3日経っても返信がない場合は、もう一度ご連絡ください。

支払いおよびその他の注意事項
「依頼書」に双方同意した後、作業を開始する前に予約料*（見積価格の約半額*）を先に支払いする必要があります。
「仕上げ」作業を開始する前に、残りの料金（最終価格*に応じて）を支払いする必要があります。
- 支払いはUSDまたは日本円で行われます。支払い方法はpaypalのみとなります。
paypalアカウント所持していない方は私から「Paypal invoice」を発行いたします。「Paypal invoice」はクレジットカードやデビットカードから直接支払いする事ができます。
- 18歳未満の方の成人向けの依頼はお断りします。
- 私が病気や家庭事情で依頼の作業を一時期に停止する場合があります。4ヶ月以内依頼品を完成できていないのが原因で依頼主が依頼品を取得できない場合払い戻しの申請が可能です。
- 支払い後依頼のキャンセルができませんが、2ヶ月以上私から連絡が来ない場合、返金を要求できます。(これが起こるとは思えませんが。依頼主の大事のお金なので、念のためです。)

リテイクの注意事項について
「下描き」開始すると、構図の変更ができません。
「下描き」手順の後、小さい範囲の修正しかできません。
リテイクの回数制限：
1.キャラクターデザイン下描き- 4回
2.キャラクター構図- 5回
3.キャラクター下描き- 2回
4.背景下描き- 2回
5.塗り- 2回
6.仕上げ- 2回
リテイクの回数が回数制限に超えると、追加料金が発生します。
1回 = 最終価格 の 10％から25％ （リテイクの複雑さに応じて）
すべてのリテイクの追加料金は、最終価格だけに応じて計算されます。
作業中、私から複数のアイデアを提出（顔の表情、構図、キャラクターデザインなど）する事があります。
その場合、リテイク要求できるのは一つの品だけになります（ただし異なるアイデアを1つに混合するようにの希望は大丈夫です）。
2つ以上の品を同時にリテイクを要求したい場合、一つの品に応じてリテイク回数を1回カウントしますのでご注意ください。

見積もり価格*- 「料金参考表」を参考に計算した値段、最終価格ではありません。
予約料金*- 見積もり価格の半分です。
最終価格*- 最終価格は、見積もり価格よりも高い、または低いのが一般です。
「塗り」作業後で、最終価格が計算されます。
ただし「仕上げ」作業に追加料金が発生した場合は、「仕上げ」作業後に追加料金が請求されます。
